3.2 Accuracy of Information

The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If personal information changes, the user must promptly notify the platform through the support team.

3.3 Password and Security

The user bears full responsibility for the security of their account. Login credentials should not be shared with third parties. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify the tvb99 support team immediately. tvb99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to maintain account security.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for making deposits on the tvb99 platform are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited to the wallet instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

The user must use a payment account registered in their own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After submitting a withdrawal request, payment is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method the user used for their deposit.

During withdrawal request processing, tvb99 may request identity verification or transaction documents. If the required information is not provided, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on tvb99 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000.

The maximum bonus limit is ৳15,000. If someone deposits ৳16,000 or more, the bonus will not exceed ৳15,000 and the total balance will be ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the user must complete a specified amount of bets. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus winnings.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After accepting the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing the deposit.
• A maximum win limit may apply to winnings made using bonus funds.
• If tvb99 suspects bonus abuse, any promotional offer may be suspended or cancelled.
